Casper Fredeus

Casper Fredeus

Casper Fredeus (1994) is an Antwerp based artis who started his career at Sint-Lucas Antwerp, where he studied Fine Arts.

His art consists mainly of abstract paintings and drawings. These enable him to reconnect with his innermost being. His work is inspired by geometry, symbolism, sacred spaces and inner visions. With ‘Eclipse’, Fredeus uses an archetypal lexicon to search for an opening to reach a state of nullity, which means ‘ceasing to exist’ and refers to a disappearing that is accompanied by an appearing, as well as being aligned.
