Like a junction of two rivers, the show explores the act or process of merging. The photographic image and process is deconstructed to show the boundary of where the image and its paper medium come together to form a picture. The (meta)physical boundaries of the image object are explored by letting the image continue outside of the confines, going into the edge and interacting with the surface.

With this comes the act of reproduction, images are reprinted, -photographed and -made, becoming self-referential. Several visual themes repeat themselves while still being their own object. The different ways of production result in alternate versions each with their own texture and quality, asking how the image object feels, how it looks and what makes it special.
